Topic: The Truth of His Word
Scripture:
John 17:17 (NKJV) – “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.”
Devotional Insight:
In a world overflowing with opinions, noise, and ever-changing narratives, the Word of God stands unshaken and eternal. Jesus, in His prayer to the Father, declared that the Word is not just true—it is truth. It’s the standard, the foundation, and the final authority.
God’s Word does more than inform—it transforms. It sanctifies us, setting us apart from the patterns of the world and aligning us with the heart of heaven. The truth of His Word renews our minds, shapes our character, and anchors our faith in times of uncertainty.
When we read the Bible, we’re not just absorbing stories or laws—we’re encountering divine truth that speaks to every part of life. His promises are sure, His guidance is trustworthy, and His message is timeless.
Don’t treat the Word casually—approach it with reverence, expectation, and hunger. It is life, light, and a lamp to your path.

Prayer:
Lord, Thank You for the power and purity of Your Word. Help me to value it above all else and to live by its truth daily. Let Your Word shape my thoughts, guard my heart, and direct my steps. Give me a hunger to know You more through Scripture. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
